Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log in to your customer account and request a return. If approved and requested within 15 days of receiving your order, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them for wear and determine whether you are eligible for a full refund. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is initiated outside of the 15-day window, you will still be eligible for store credit. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 5212 Ocean Blvd. Siesta Key, Florida 34242.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
